Akufo Addo, We Are Not Kids ‘Wae’ – Gyedu Blay Ambolley Wants E-levy Bill Trashed

Akufo Addo, We Are Not Kids ‘Wae’ – Gyedu Blay Ambolley Wants E-levy Bill Trashed
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Gyedu-Blay Ambolley, a veteran highlife artist, has weighed in on the current E-levy controversy, which has been brought before Ghana’s Parliament and is awaiting approval.

He believes he has every reason to assume that the law is being forced on Ghanaians by the legislators who are promoting it, according to the 75-year-old singer.

He said that since there are few work opportunities in the nation, the vast majority of residents do not have occupations that are flexible enough to accommodate such a heavy taxes bill.
