Grief is part of life, but must be managed – Abrema May

Abrema May has encouraged individuals going through difficult moments to learn how to manage grief, stressing that it is a natural part of life.

According to her, grief can result from various experiences, including the loss of a loved one, disappointment, or failed investment deals.

Speaking on Nyansapo Fie on Plan B FM with host Akosua Gyamfua, Abrema May explained that people experience grief in different ways and at different stages of their lives.

She noted that even situations that bring happiness can sometimes result in grief when they are not properly managed.

Abrema May acknowledged that overcoming grief is not easy but encouraged people to draw strength from the word of God, as well as advice, encouragement and support from others.

She urged individuals facing difficult circumstances not to allow sorrow to overwhelm them, but rather to seek the necessary support to help them navigate such periods.

She stressed that grief is an inevitable part of human life, making it important for people to develop the strength and coping mechanisms needed to sustain themselves during challenging times.

Abrema May added that with faith, encouragement and the right support system, people can gradually cope with grief and find the strength to move forward with their lives.
