The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced a special window for prospective National Service Personnel who are still affected by biodata mismatches and have been unable to rectify their records.
According to the Authority, affected individuals are to report to the NSA Ashanti Regional Office in Kumasi from Tuesday, September 1 to Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. for assistance and resolution of their biodata issues.
The directive is aimed at prospective service personnel who have been unable to complete the correction of discrepancies in their personal information and, consequently, have faced difficulties with their National Service registration. The NSA has previously extended deadlines for affected applicants to resolve such discrepancies.
The Authority is urging all affected persons in the Ashanti Region to take advantage of the three-day exercise and report to the regional office for the necessary assistance.
