The Ministry of Finance has officially relocated its offices to Kanda in Accra as part of efforts to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

In a press release dated Thursday, February 6, 2026, the Ministry announced that it will begin full operations at the new office location from Monday, February 9, 2026.

According to the statement, the relocation is aimed at improving coordination, responsiveness, and the overall effectiveness of the Ministry in carrying out its mandate to the public.

The Ministry further clarified that the new office facility at Kanda was constructed by the Ghana Revenue Authority before the current administration assumed office.

The new physical address is the Ministry of Finance, Tumu Avenue, Kanda–Accra, with a digital address of GV-002-6511. However, the Ministry’s postal address—P.O. Box MB 40, Ministries, Accra—remains unchanged.

All official correspondence, visits, and inquiries are henceforth to be directed to the new location. The Ministry’s telephone numbers and email addresses also remain the same.

The Ministry of Finance expressed optimism that the relocation will contribute to improved public service delivery and called for the continued cooperation of stakeholders as it settles into its new premises.

The statement was issued by the Public Relations Unit of the Ministry of Finance.
