Kumasi: Vehicle Collides With 2 Others, Bursts Into Flames At Bantama

Three vehicles were engulfed in flames following a head-on collision at Atafoa in the city of Kumasi, Tuesday morning, September 16, 2025.

The vehicles involved in the accident were a Sprinter bus with registration number CR 1466-22, a taxi registered as AS 5533-19 and a Lancer whose registration number is GT 8233.

The Lancer, carrying a lady and two children heading to church at Barekese, collided head-on with the taxi at high speed and then hit the Sprinter.

The incident happened at 6:40 on Tuesday morning. The Lancer caught fire and burned to ashes.
