EOCO declares Joseph Owusu Badu wanted over alleged investment fraud

The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has declared one Joseph Owusu Badu wanted in connection with an alleged case of investment fraud.

According to a public notice issued by the office, the suspect is being sought to assist in ongoing investigations into activities linked to fraudulent investment schemes.

EOCO has called on members of the public to provide any information that could lead to his arrest. The office indicated that Joseph Owusu Badu is wanted for questioning over suspected involvement in investment-related offences currently under investigation.

Citizens with useful information have been encouraged to report to the EOCO Head Office located adjacent to the Old Parliament House on Barnes Road in Accra, or to any of its regional offices across the country. The public may also contact the nearest police station for assistance.

EOCO has further provided contact numbers—0579723314 and 0579709066—for confidential tips that could aid in locating the suspect.
