Coach Emmanuel Aidoo Lauds Plan B FM Soccer Gala For Reviving Grassroots Football

Coach Emmanuel Aidoo Lauds Plan B FM Soccer Gala For Reviving Grassroots Football
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Mr. Emmanuel Aidoo, a veteran football coach, has commended the management of Plan B FM for its wonderful initiative, which he believes will go a long way toward reviving the dwindling fortunes of grassroots football in Ghana.

Speaking on Plan B FM’s Kawadwen Sports show, hosted by Dan K. Pobi, Coach Aidoo highlighted the significance of the 2025 Inter-Community Soccer Gala. He noted that the tournament has provided a vital platform for players to showcase their talent, with some even earning opportunities to travel abroad and secure professional contracts. He further emphasized that the gala has been instrumental in unearthing young talents from Tema and other communities.

Coach Aidoo also took time to praise former Black Stars coach Kwasi Appiah, who is currently handling the Sudan national team, for the remarkable transformation of the side, especially in the ongoing African Nations Championship (CHAN) taking place across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
