Michael Banson has urged individuals to exercise patience and wisdom when dealing with overly ambitious people, noting that such personalities can sometimes be difficult to manage.
Speaking on the Nyansapo Fie show on Plan B 104.5 FM, Rev. Banson explained that while ambition is generally positive, it can become overwhelming if not balanced with humility and understanding. He stressed that individuals with excessive ambition may, at times, unknowingly place pressure on those around them.
According to him, working or maintaining close relationships with such individuals requires emotional intelligence and clearly defined boundaries. He encouraged listeners to remain supportive while also being mindful of their own well-being.
Rev. Banson further noted that ambition should be guided by purpose and consideration for others, adding that healthy relationships thrive on mutual respect rather than personal drive alone.
