The National Youth Organiser of the (NPP), Salam Mustapha, has publicly admitted the party’s shortcomings in governance, acknowledging the discontentment among key stakeholders, including business leaders, unemployed youth, and journalists.

Mustapha admitted that several mistakes had been made, which led to frustration among business owners, some of whom had previously been strong financial backers of the NPP. “I admit we’ve made many mistakes.

Businessmen were angry with us, some of whom were our friends and financiers.

You approach some, and they will say they will never fund NPP politics again.
