LGBTQI+; All presidential aspirants must swear before a shrine to declare their stance – Political analyst

A political analyst Mr. Alex Emmanuel Nti who doubles as a financial engineer has stated that all individuals who are aspiring to lead Ghana in the 2024 general elections must swear before a shrine to show their commitment and readiness to criminalize LGBTQI+ when voted into office as president of Ghana.

Speaking on Plan B FM’s late afternoon show EBAANOSEN hosted by Ohene Kinnah, Mr. Nti explained that, politicians normally ignore their promises whenever they are given the nod because there are no strict measures that bind them to fulfill their promises so if they swear before the shrine it prompts them to stick to their promise with fear of been tormented or killed by the shrine gods.

He said that the vice president and flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party NPP Dr. Bawumia’s refusal to declare his stance on LGBTQI+ activities in Ghana when voted into power in his recent ‘Bold Speech’ is a clear indication that he might not have criminalized the LGBTQI+ activities in the country so swearing before a shrine will compel him to walk his talk, he added.

 

He said that former President Mahama recently expressed skepticism towards gender identity transitions, saying, “I don’t believe that anybody can get up and say I feel like a man although I was born a woman and so I will change and become a man.” is all good but the must swear before the shrine to authenticate his promise because he could easily turn round and
