Breaking: Asante Kotoko have parted ways with head coach Seydou Zerbou

Asante Kotoko have parted ways with head coach Seydou Zerbo, the club have announced.

The development comes a day after the Porcupine Warriors suffered a 2-0 defeat to Medeama last night at the Baba Yara Stadium in the Ghana Premier League (GPL).

Youth Team coach, Abdulai Gazale takes over in the interim.

Zerbo joined the Porcupines in August 2022 following the sacking of Prosper Narteh Ogum.

He becomes the fourth coach under the tenure of Nana Yaw Amponsah to be sacked.

He joins Maxwell Konadu, Johnson Smith, Prosper Narteh Ogum as the list of casualties at the Kumasi based club in the last three years
