Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has insisted that government’s engagement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is to secure a ‘loan’ and not ‘aid’.

Mr. Prince Obiri Yeboah, a Chartered Banker and an Economist speaking to Plan B FM’s Ohene Addo on Ebaanosen revealed that IMF was originally formed out depression after world-war| and world war||.
The Economic state of the world after these two wars compelled some 33 countries to form an IMF to help fill the gap world bank wasn’t able to, so in this 21st century any country who goes to seek for either aid or loan is in a state of depression and so the Akuffo Addo led Government has led Ghana in to depression.

He advised that they make good decisions on behalf of Ghana since they have proven times without number not to ever seek for our concern first before agreeing to something in our name.
