Togbe Afede Allegedly Refund Over 365k Cedis Government Paid Into His Account As Ex-Gratia

Togbe Afede XIV, the Agbogbomefia of the Asogli State has reportedly refused to take some 365,000 cedis the government paid into his account as Ex-Gratia for serving as a member of the council of state for four years.

The former President of the National House of Chiefs and the respectable business mogul is said to has refused to take the Three Hundred and Sixty Five Thousand Cedis.

The respectable Chief according to Kelvin Taylor’s Loudsilencemedia said that, it is wrong to take the money at a time Ghanaians are going through excruciating hardship.

Togbe Afede and his Vice Nana Ewusi fell out with the Nana Akufo-Addo’s government when they at the time spoke against the AGYAPA deal.He lost in the during the election of the National House of Chiefs.
