Young Man Allegedly Bolts With ¢8k Cash On His First Day At Work As yous Momo Agent

A young man (yet to be identified) has allegedly bolted with over Ghc 8,000  on his first day at work as a Mobile Money attendant .

According to sources, on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, the suspect, under the pretence of searching for a job visited a Mobile Money agent.

The agent gave him the opportunity and took him through some training and rudiments of the business.

However, before he closed, he is said to have requested to use the washroom after the trainer had gone out to attend to another thing .

The young man reportedly emptied the coffers of over GHC 8,000.

He has since not been found as his phone remains switched off after committing the act.
