His appointment, officially confirmed in a letter from the Presidency, is expected to bring legal and managerial expertise to the board as GOIL navigates the evolving energy landscape.

Kutor’s appointment is part of President John Dramani Mahama’s broader strategy to strengthen leadership within Ghana’s energy sector.

His nomination coincides with the appointment of Edward Abambire Bawa as Group CEO and Managing Director of GOIL.

With a diverse background in law, corporate governance, and public affairs, Wonder Victor Kutor brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
