Veteran Lawyer Steve Raymond Dapaa-Addo is new EOCO boss

Experienced and veteran lawyer Steve Raymond Dapaa-Addo has been appointed the new Executive Director of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) by President Akufo-Addo.

His appointment took effect from July 9, 2021.

Raymond Dapaa-Addo has extensive experience as a State Attorney in Ghana and in Nigeria. While in Nigeria, he worked with the Rivers State Ministry of Justice and was subsequently handed the position of Director of Civil Litigation.

He joined EOCO in July 2019 from the National Security Secretariat as a Special Advisor to the Office and succeeds Mr Frank Adu-Poku, who retired in May this year.
