Officers from Customs, National Security and the Bureau of National Intelligence (BNI) have uncovered undeclared weapons in a container at the Takoradi Integrated Terminal (TIT).
The items, including pistols and blank cartridges, were discovered during a joint physical inspection conducted on September 12.
The case has since been referred to the Regional Police Command for investigation.
The Ghana Revenue Authority says safeguarding the country’s borders remains a key priority.
