Stay out of trouble as you celebrate Eid, Muslim youth cautioned

Chief Mohammed a Mallam has admonished Muslim youth to mark this year’s Eid-ul Fitr with caution.

This was said in an interview with Plan B Fm morning show NKOSUONSEM on Friday to congratulate Muslims as they mark the end of Ramadan.

He advised the Muslim youth to desist from acts that can jeopardize their lives, jubilating with overspeeding motorbikes anyhow on the street that can cause accidents, indulging in elicit drug activities and alcoholism should not be part of their celebration, and afterward.

“I congratulate the Muslim Ummah of Ghana, and, by extension, the entire Muslim population of the world, for braving the pangs of hunger and thirst for an entire month.

“Besides the spiritual attainment of the month, you deserve commendation for the strict disciplinary code that you have adhered to throughout the period.”

He also expressed the belief that Allah will “shower His grace, mercies, and peace on our nation, and make her great and strong”.
