“Rude Service Renders Customers ‘Not Worthy of Your Money'” – Pastor Warns Businesses

“Hasty Decisions Rarely End Well” – Rehoboth Pastor Warns

Rev. Michael, Resident Pastor of Rehoboth Holyfire Revival Ministries International, has cautioned business owners against providing rude service, warning that customers who are treated poorly are “not worthy of your money”.

Speaking on Plan B FM’s social and lifestyle show, Nyansapɔ Fie, with host Odiamono Kwaku Gyimah, he stressed that respectful words are crucial for profitable transactions. “Respectful words draw much, profitable transactions,” he urged business owners to prioritise customer care.

“Treat customers with respect and kindness. Speaking badly to customers can be counterproductive, making them feel disrespected and unvalued.”

Rev. Christiana Otoo Lartey, Senior Pastor of the Assemblies of God Church, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the impact of words on individuals.

“Harsh words can be psychologically damaging. Words have power and can significantly affect people’s emotions and self-esteem. Using gentle yet constructive language can convey the message without causing unnecessary harm,” she reiterated, promoting a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
