Q-Net Governance Is Failing Ghanaians — Richard Ennin Slams Government Over Unmet Promises*

Hon. Richard Ennin has sharply criticized the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), accusing the administration of incompetence and failure to deliver on key commitments made to citizens.

Speaking on Nkɔsɔsem, a morning programme on Plan B FM, Hon.Ennin argued that government appointments do not reflect competence, citing the placement of Randy Abbey at the Ghana Cocoa Board as an example of what he described as misplaced leadership.

He further alleged that nurses and teachers who were promised automatic postings after training remain unemployed, creating frustration among graduates across the country.

Hon. Ennin also claimed cocoa farmers were assured producer price increases from GH¢3,100 to GH¢6,000, but instead face declining returns, which he says has worsened living conditions in farming communities.

According to him, these unmet promises have deepened economic hardship and weakened public confidence in governance, calling for leadership that prioritizes competence and accountability in Ghana.
