Reshuffle long overdue – Political Analyst

Political analyst and financial engineer, Dr. Emmanuel Alex Nti, says a ministerial reshuffle by the government is long overdue, describing it as a necessary step after one year in office.

Speaking on Plan B FM’s Ebanosen programme, Dr. Nti explained that leadership requires periodic reflection and adjustment. He noted that in every aspect of life, there is the need to assess performance and make changes where necessary.

According to him, one year into the administration, things have not been as smooth as many Ghanaians expected. He argued that if certain appointees are not delivering to expectations, they should be replaced.

“President John Dramani Mahama wants the best for Ghanaians; hence the need for a ministerial reshuffle,” he stated.

Dr. Nti was reacting to comments by the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Fiifi Kwetey, who indicated that the party and its government will soon undertake a reshuffle to strengthen governance and advance the Better Ghana agenda.
