OSP announces 6 new Court cases in the month of April

The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has announced upcoming court sessions in April 2026 involving several new cases.

In a Facebook post on Monday, April 13, the OSP noted that the Republic vs Mustapha Abdul-Hamid (Suit No. CR/0374/2026), an NPA case, will be heard on April 15.

The Republic vs Adjenim Boateng Adjei (Suit No. CR/0257/2025), a contract for sale case, is set for April 15.

The Republic vs Issah Seidu & 3 Others (Suit No. CR/0513/2025), a rice scandal case, is scheduled for April 15.

The Republic vs Sumaila Abdul-Rahman & 3 Others (NDA case) will be heard on April 23.

The Republic vs Kenneth Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta & 7 Others (Suit No. CR/0106/2026), an SML case, is set for April 23.

The Republic vs Charles Bissue & 2 Others (Suit No. CR/0559/2025), a galamsey fraud case, will be heard on April 27.
