A member of the Online Drivers Association of Ghana has raised concerns about unfair treatment and charges from their service providers.

According to a driver by name Richard, narrating his ordeal to Nana Abrompa  on Plan B Fm morning show “Nkosuo Nsem”, Richard explained that the service provider charged customers low prices anytime customers order their services.

“They charge customers low and deduct their service charge from the same amount which is affecting us, we sometimes pay more than Ghc200 as service charge,” he said

He explained that some fuel station managers have  seize their vehicles due to indebtedness.

“We sometimes fuel our cars on credit hopping to get the money to pay but at the end of the day low service charge and hefty deduction from our service providers is tormenting our lives. This has led to many drivers losing their vehicles to their owners due to the inability to make sales as agreed with the drivers and their owners” he said.
