Rev. Maxwell Buddie has advised people to exercise wisdom when communicating the truth, noting that not every truth must necessarily be said at every given moment.
Speaking on Nyansapo Fie on Plan B FM, hosted by Akosua Gyamfua. The guest, Rev. Maxwell Buddie explained that the timing and manner in which the truth is communicated can affect the person receiving it.
He also cautioned that not every piece of advice should be given to everyone, as people may respond differently depending on their circumstances.
Touching on pretence among teachers, Rev. Maxwell Buddie said some teachers may pretend to know answers to questions they can not answer, partly because of pressure to meet the demands of the education system.
He added that some teachers may also pretend to be confident even when they are facing personal challenges, particularly when they feel pressured to maintain a certain image before students and parents.
According to him, such behaviour may not always mean that teachers are deliberately deceptive, as some may be dealing with various pressures while trying to meet expectations.
Rev. Maxwell Buddie further noted that pastors may sometimes need to exercise a form of pretence in certain situations in an effort to protect and save souls, stressing the importance of wisdom when dealing with people and their circumstances.
