Eric Dadson, former Central Regional Youth Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has reportedly passed on. He was believed to be in his mid or late 30s.
The vibrant NDC stalwart died on Friday, August 23. His cause of death is, however, not immediately known.
Tributes from friends and party faithfuls have since been pouring in for the deceased politician who is described by many of his close associates as “good soldier”.
The National Youth Organizer of the party, George Opare Addo, describe the deceased as a politician who go all out for the party and country at large.
“Black Friday! Rest on Eric Dadson. You gave your all in service to country and party!,” he wrote on social media.
Former Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer, Brogya Genfi, in a tribute to Eric said his death “was sudden, no signals, very painful. May God hold our hearts and may HE grant him a peaceful eternal rest.”
Ruth Seddoh, deputy youth Organizer of the NDC, also paid his tributes, saying “…I don’t know why you chose this time because of course, it’s a time we all need you badly. My brother and friend Eric Dadson, journey well….”
“Eric Dadson, what could we have done to save you from this untimely death that we failed? I am deeply saddened by the uncomfortable news of your demise…,” Member of Parliament (MP) for Gomoa West, Richard Gyan Mensah, wrote on Facebook.
Meanwhile, further information regarding Eric’s demise is not available as at the time of writing this article.
