Samuel Aborbi, the NDC communicator for Kpone-Katamanso, has reaffirmed the party’s commitment to fight corruption, describing it as one of their key campaign messages. Speaking on Nkosuo Nsem, he said the NDC will ensure that all individuals found guilty of misusing public funds face justice, stressing that no one will be allowed to “use government money for themselves and go free.”
He accused former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia of being involved in several scandals during the NPP administration, adding that the NDC government will take decisive action to expose and punish corrupt officials. According to him, the misuse of state funds has become too common and must be addressed to restore public confidence in leadership.
Mr. Aborbi further stated that he would be disappointed if no one is imprisoned before the end of the NDC’s term in office, emphasizing that corruption will not be tolerated under their watch. He urged Ghanaians to trust the NDC to ensure accountability and transparency in governance.
