A Communication team member of National Democratic Congress (NDC) for Ashiaman Constituency of the Greater Accra Region, Mr. Isaac Lord Nartey affectionately known as Ike Lord has said that NPP led President Nana Akufo-Addo Government has raped Ghana and now the country is bleeding.
In a panel discussion on Plan B Fm’s ‘Nkosuonsem’ show hosted by Obidehyie Kofi Sekyi on Wednesday, 31 July 2024, Mr. Isaac Lord Nartey stated clearly that corruption cases in President Nana Akufo-Addo’s government is unpresidented.
“President Nana Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government created a big hole in the name of constructing National Cathedral but that pit has turned to a rearing place for mosquitoes which cost Ghanaians huge amount of money”
The legacies that Ghanaians will talk about after the tenure of President Nana Akufo-Addo is corruption, the gold for oil that didn’t yield any positively, and others.
This came after the Member of Parliament for Obuasi West Constituency of the Ashanti Region and the Former Deputy Finance Minister, Hon. Kwaku Kwarteng emphasized that economic mismanagement is a recurring issues across various administrations, not limited to the New Patriotic Party.
He said that, he cannot support decisions in Parliament that would impact negatively on future generations.
