Popular Ghanaian actress Beverly Afaglo Baah has reportedly passed away, leaving the entertainment industry and fans in shock and mourning.

The heartbreaking news was announced by her husband, Eugene Kwadwo Boadu Baah, widely known as Choirmaster of the former music group Praye, in an emotional tribute shared on Instagram on Sunday, May 24.

In the touching post, the musician poured out his grief, describing Beverly as the pillar behind his happiness and the woman who made his life whole.

“My heart is shattered beyond words over the death of my beloved wife, Beverly Afaglo!!!” Choirmaster wrote.

What makes the loss even more painful, according to him, is that Beverly was only days away from celebrating her birthday.

“It would have been just about four more days to your birthday, but I guess the Lord wanted to celebrate with you, so He called you,” he added.

Choirmaster also reflected on the memories and dreams they shared together, promising to keep alive everything they had built as a couple.

“You were my strength, my happiness, and the reason my life felt complete. I promise to take care of and continue everything we planned and started,” he stated.

Following the announcement, social media has been flooded with tributes from fans, colleagues, and personalities within Ghana’s entertainment space, many expressing disbelief and extending condolences to the grieving family.

Details surrounding Beverly Afaglo Baah’s passing are yet to be officially disclosed.
