Michael Harry Yamson appointed administrator of District Assemblies Common Fund

Michael Harry Yamson has been appointed as the administrator of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF). He brings extensive experience in business, marketing, and governance.

The Government of Ghana has appointed Michael Harry Yamson as the administrator of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF).

With a wealth of experience in business strategy, governance, and marketing, Yamson is expected to drive efficiency and transparency in the management of the fund.

Yamson currently serves as a Board Member at Unichem Ghana Group and Managing Partner at Ishmael Yamson & Associates, a role he has held since 2021.

He has previously held leadership positions in major organizations, including Unilever, Celtel International, and MTI Ghana Limited, where he specialized in brand development, marketing, and investment strategy.

A graduate of the University of Leeds, Yamson brings strong expertise in brand and channel development, innovation, and team leadership.

His appointment is expected to enhance the strategic allocation and management of the DACF, which plays a critical role in Ghana’s local governance and development.
