The Faculty of Law announced the unfortunate news in a statement sighted by Plan B News dated 21 April 2023 and signed by the Dean.

“It is with a sorrowful heart that I inform you of the passing of Level 300 student and classmate Elizabeth Boateng. Yesterday, April 20, 2023, we were informed that she passed away in her hostel,” the statement read.

“This is obviously a difficult period for everyone in the Faculty of Law. There is counseling available for all affected students. Those seeking such assistance should contact the office of the Dean of Students, who will direct them to the appropriate Counselling Centre staff member.”
