Let mentally challenged persons have their liberty, care for them – Captain Jesus

Let mentally challenged persons have their liberty, care for them – Captain Jesus
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

The leader and founder of Captain Jesus prayer ministry Prophet Isaac Ofosuhene Gyimah (Captain Jesus) has advised the general public, especially those whose family members have mental illness to treat them as such and let them have their liberty and care for them as well.

Speaking on Plan BFM morning show NKOSUONSEM hosted by Nana Yaw Abrompah, the man of God stressed that most families lock up their relatives in their rooms, feeling shy, to let them out for others to see their condition.

“Even animals in such homes have their liberty of free movement to associate themselves with the mentally challenged persons which is wrong”, he added.

The mentally challenged situation has become a worry to many members of the public, who think that such persons should not be allowed on the streets, as some of them attack members of the public without provocation.

It is that some mentally ill persons could be seen walking either completely naked or half-naked, a situation that is not helping teach children any good lessons.
