Communication Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashaiman Constituency, Joe Ashaiman, has expressed confidence in securing victory in the upcoming contest.
Speaking on Plan B FM’s EBAANOSEN, hosted by Ohene Kinnah, Mr. Ashaiman said his longstanding relationship with residents of Ashaiman gives him confidence ahead of the contest.
According to him, he has lived among the people for several years and has built strong relationships with them, while also receiving their support and acceptance throughout his political journey.
Mr. Ashaiman said he is not intimidated by the contest because he has strong supporters, whom he described as his “pillars.”
He explained that these individuals have played an important role in his political activities and continue to give him the confidence to participate in the contest without fear.
He further suggested that he is not overly concerned about his potential opponents, saying he does not even know who he is contesting against.
Mr. Ashaiman maintained that his focus remains on his own campaign and the support he has built among the people of Ashaiman.
He expressed confidence that his relationship with constituents and the backing he enjoys will translate into victory when the contest is held.
