A chilling incident of abuse has come to light in Topremang, Denkyembour District, Eastern Region, where a 10-year-old boy was allegedly forced to ingest his own feces.

The incident, which took place on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, involved the young boy, identified as Abekah Andrews, known locally as “Aposo.”

Reports suggest that the boy defecated in a bathhouse owned by a woman named Sister Patience, who allegedly coerced him into consuming the feces.

Disturbingly, Sister Patience remains at large while the families of both the victim and the accused are reportedly in discussions, with the victim’s family being offered Ghc100 in an attempt to settle the case.

Sister Patience is reportedly notorious in the area for administering harsh punishments to children who cross her path.
