Delay in using our Power App to buy credit may be caused by too many users – ECG

The Electricity Company of Ghana has explained that the challenges some customers are facing on the ECG App  may be caused by too many users at a time.

According to the Public Relations Officer, for the Tema Region, Madam Sekyiwaa Mensah on Plan B Fm morning show NKOSUONSEM with Nana Yaw Abrompah, she said that due to high patronage of the App by their clients may be the cause of the recent challenges.

“We apologize for the inconvenience caused but we are still working on the App for its efficient use, and those using postpaid meters can equally use the App. On the power App, you can view your bill. We are doing our best to make sure that all those whose information is on our system would get an estimated bill monthly until you can visit our premises so we can give you your meter,” she said.
