Coffin Makers Demonstrate In Ashanti Region

Coffin Makers Demonstrate In Ashanti Region
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

We hear demonstration in the country day in and day out but one demonstration which has drawn the attention of the public today is coffin makers demonstrating in the Ashanti Region.

According to a video which was posted on the social media by ‘Maame Ba’ TV saw the coffin makers telling the government to intercede for them because they have no place to go. One of the protesters speaking to the media says, the government has no hand in this incident happening to them but they believe it is a group of people who wanted to use their place for their own business.

According to them, they have given them up to 18th December, 2021 to move from their site but they want to make it clear to them that they would not be leaving unless the government provides a place for them. They even stated that, any man who would be willing to take their place for his own interest, they would not mind taking action against the person.

It is quite sad sometimes seeing people who have been able to acquire a place to establish a small business to take care of their family been taken from them by people of high reputation. But whatever we would do as a country should benefit all not only one person. And for that matter, the properties of the citizens should be protected regardless because their business can go a long run to benefit other people. If this happens to you, what would you do?
