Chiefs and mourners at the funeral of the late Musician George Darko massed the event grounds to offer their support to the Presidential Candidate of the ‘Alliance for Revolutionary Change (ARC)x, Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen.
The event, although a solemn requiem service for the late musician, it became so intense with the appearance of Alan John Kyerematen who was also present to offer his last respect.
The massive turnout at the funeral was not only to mourn the dead but also to offer unflinching support to Alan Kyerematen who they see as the best candidate among the presidential aspirants to take Ghana to the next level and make things work for the better.
Gestures from the gathering including chiefs, elders and queen mothers are evident to the unflinching support the people have for Alan and the confident they repose in him as the nation prepares for election 2024.
They have expressed great satisfaction at the policy directions of Alan and his Alliance and indicated that the contest for the presidential elections will surely go in his favour.
Speaking to some mourners at the sidelines after the funeral, they indicated that Alan Kyerematen’s transformative vision has reached new heights and for that matter, they are ready to pledged their unwavering support for him.
They averred that the misconception that the Akropong has abandoned Mr Kyerematen by some political activists and commentators is not true and that they have confidence in Alan Kyerematen to liberate Ghanaians from the current economic hardship that has engulfed the country.
