Africa’s prosperity is limited by slackness, not skin – Clergyman

Africa’s prosperity is limited by slackness, not skin – Clergyman

Apostle Riley Ohemeng Adarkwah of Eagle Wings Christian Faith Center has revealed that the obstacles to African prosperity are not inherent to the people or their race, but rather are due to external factors like complacency, lack of effort, or systemic barriers and slackness.

Speaking in an interview on Plan B FM’s Nyansapo Fie hosted by Nana Asabea, Apostle Ohemeng encouraged Africans to take agency and work towards their own growth and success by being efficient and time bound in all they do.

”Artisans must learn to be time effective and efficient so as to avoid disappointing customers which could lead to collapse of businesses,” he added.

To him, there is nothing positive in procrastination because anything bad is classified bad universally adding that people only procrastinate due to fear of judgement, linking to the assenting of the anti-LGBTQ Bill by those in authority.

Rev. Dr. George Awotse Akwanda of Mercy Hill Ministries added that Africans must prioritize time consciousness to achieve prosperity.

He noted that accountability and consequences for inaction can motivate individuals to take responsibility and strive for excellence.

Together, these leaders emphasize that Africa’s prosperity is within reach when individuals and communities embrace a growth mindset, efficiency, and accountability.
