A vote for Bawumia is an endorsement of thievery, hardship, and corruption – John Mahama

The Akuffo Addo led Government Are Specialized In Abandoning Projects – John Mahama

The presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has urged Ghanaian voters to reject the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its flagbearer, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, due to what he describes as the untold hardships facing Ghanaians.

According to Mahama, instead of governing in a way that alleviates the economic burden on the country, the NPP has resorted to corruption, thievery, and actions that continue to worsen the people’s plight.

The former president made these remarks while addressing a charged crowd at Teacher-Mante in the Ayensuano constituency of the Eastern Region, as part of his campaign tour of the area.

“If you compare the current living standards to our time, you will realize that the NDC era was far better than now,” he said.

“A vote for Bawumia in these elections means endorsing eight years of thievery, hardship, lies, and corruption,” he warned.

“I know those who have benefited from these actions will endorse them, but I also know that the majority of the people are unhappy and do not endorse this,” he stated.

Mahama further urged voters to reject the NPP by voting them out in the December 7 elections.

“Only a few people are content with what is happening, but I know the majority are dissatisfied. It’s time to send the elephant packing into the bush,” he concluded.
