PAC sitting: GHc21 million spent to renovate Independence Square in 2024

The Office of Government Machinery says GH¢21 million was spent on renovating Black Star Square despite Independence Day being held elsewhere.

Chief Director Abubakar Wayo says the decision came after contracts were awarded and the facility was later used for presidential inauguration.
