The Embassy of Ghana in Doha has issued an urgent security advisory to all Ghanaians living in Qatar, urging them to take immediate shelter following reports of a missile attack and rising tensions in the region.
In an official release dated February 28, 2026, the Embassy advised Ghanaian nationals in Doha to remain indoors until further notice and to rely only on information from official sources.
The notice cautioned residents to stay away from military sites, avoid crowded areas, and minimize exposure to potential danger. It also encouraged individuals to keep essential supplies, including medication and food, readily available.
The Embassy provided emergency contact lines for assistance and urged affected persons to reach out if necessary. The Embassy is located at Zone 66, Street 576, Building 7, Al-Dafina, Doha.
