The National Identification Authority (NIA) has announced an upward adjustment in the prices of selected Ghana Card services, citing the need to sustain and improve service delivery.
In a public notice, the Authority said the increment will affect services including first-time registration, personal information updates, card replacement, nationality updates, and non-citizen card registration.
According to the NIA, the price adjustment is necessary to enable the Authority to maintain operational efficiency and enhance the quality of services provided to the public.
The Authority has appealed to Ghanaians for understanding and continued support as it implements the new pricing structure.
The NIA assured the public of its commitment to delivering reliable and improved identification services nationwide.
