Black Stars Head Coach Otto Addo has tagged Ghana’s qualification chances from the group stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup as “doable” in the wake of the conclusion of the draw for next year’s tournament.

Ghana got drawn in Group L with England, Panama and Croatia with the Black Stars opening its World Cup qualification campaign against Panama on June 17 then England on June 23 and Croatia on June 27.

Otto Addo, who was part of Ghana’s contingent that included GFA Secretary General Prosper Harrison Addo, Black Stars Management Committee President Dr. Randy Abbey at the draw, was confident of his team delivering a qualification worthy performance at the group stage.

“Group L is a tough group but qualification is doable. There are worse groups. We want to win every match for sure.”

“Once we get a good start, everything is possible. On a good day we can beat (any) team” Otto Addo said to journalists after the draw.
