Rev. Sam Manful, speaking on the Nyansapo Fie show on Plan B FM, has emphasized that tough times are an inevitable part of the human journey, shaping growth and resilience.

According to him, challenges such as emotional stress, financial difficulties, and relationship issues are among the seasonal hardships individuals encounter throughout life. He noted that some of these struggles even stem from personal mistakes, making it essential for people to develop healthy coping mechanisms to navigate them successfully.

Rev. Manful encouraged listeners to view difficult moments not as setbacks, but as opportunities for personal development and inner strength. “Tough times help us grow,” he said, urging the public to embrace life’s challenges with courage and a positive mindset.
