Lady Kesewaa Nortey a panelist on nyansapo fie show has cautioned against the habit of blame shifting, describing it as a behavior that can deeply damage a person’s self-esteem.

Speaking on nyansapofie fie show on Plan B 104.5 FM, Lady Kesewaa noted that individuals who constantly shift blame onto others often exhibit abusive tendencies. She emphasized that such behavior not only affects relationships but also erodes the confidence of those on the receiving end.

“Blame shifting makes one lose confidence in themselves. Most of the time, blame shifters are abusive,” she stated, urging listeners to take responsibility for their actions and promote healthier communication patterns.

Lady Kesewaa further encouraged victims of emotional manipulation to recognize these toxic traits early and seek support when needed.
