Black Stars head coach Otto Addo has unveiled a 23-man squad for Ghana’s upcoming international friendlies against Japan and South Korea this November.

The team will face Japan on Friday, November 14 at the Toyota Stadium in Aichi before travelling to Seoul to play South Korea on Tuesday, November 18 at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.

Goalkeeper Lawrence Ati Zigi of St. Gallen retains his spot, joined by Joseph Anang (St. Patrick’s Athletic) and Benjamin Asare (Accra Hearts of Oak).

In defence, Mohammed Salisu (AS Monaco) and Alidu Seidu (Stade Rennes) headline a backline that also includes Derrick Kohn, Gideon Mensah, Caleb Yirenkyi, Jerome Opoku, and Jonas Adjetey.

The midfield sees a blend of youth and experience with Abu Francis (Toulouse), Kwasi Sibo (Real Oviedo), Prince Owusu (Medeama SC), Christopher Bonus Baah (Al-Qadisiyah), and Kamal Deen Sulemana (Atalanta).

Up front, Antoine Semenyo (AFC Bournemouth) and Brandon Thomas-Asante (Coventry City) lead the attack, supported by Prince Osei Owusu (CF Montreal), Prince Adu Kwabena (Viktoria Plzen), and Kelvin Nkrumah (Medeama SC).

The upcoming double-header serves as part of Ghana’s preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and the 2025 AFCON.
