ADB MD Yakubu-Tali resigns

The Managing Director of Agricultural Development Bank PLC, Mr. Alhassan Yakubu-Tali, has officially resigned, effective Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

His resignation comes after the nomination of a new Managing Director by the bank’s majority shareholder.

Mr. Yakubu-Tali, who assumed the role on December 1, 2022, previously served as Deputy Managing Director from August 2017 to November 2022.

In a statement issued on February 6, 2025, ADB credited him with spearheading a two-year corporate strategy that significantly boosted the bank’s capital and assets.

The Board, Management, and Staff expressed their appreciation for his contributions and wished him success in his future endeavors.
