A communication team member of Movement for Change for Tema of the Greater Accra Region, Felix Kwasi Annan has emphatically stated that, the sense of unity and patriotism is lost in Ghanaian leaders.

Kwasi Annan expressed that, patriotism is lacking in a lot of places in Ghana because  people prioritize their political parties at the expense of the development of the country.

In a panel discussion on Plan B FM’s ‘Nkosuo Nsem’ show hosted by Obidehyie Kofi Sekyi on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, Kwasi Annan said that, the people who are supposed to serve and make sure that unity and togetherness for the country are playing politics with their positions.

“People supposed to be serving and make sure that unity and togetherness for the county’s transformation are doing politics with their positions” he noted.

“Patriotism is lacking in a lot of places in Ghana because everybody somewhere, somehow in a position to serve a political party ” he stated.

Kwasi Annan added that, the sense of unity and patriotism is lost in Ghanaian leaders because they don’t think about the ordinary Ghanaian.
