Sponsors of the Proper Human Sexual Right in the Ghanaian family values bill continues the opposition to the promotion and granting of same rights to the LGBTQ+ in Ghana.

The American Ambassadors to Ghana, Virginia Palma at the American chamber of commerce meeting has earlier said, it would be difficult to market Ghana to investors because of the opposition to LGBTQ+

“A pass bill will make it harder for you to hire the best people from overseas bid that will marginalize and educated and hardworking Ghanaians by making the bill unwelcome.

I have no doubt that the tough legislation will have a chilling effect on Ghana as Members destinations.

Companies have already talked to me about American consumers been unwilling to buy things that are made by the country’s with such unimpressive legislation. It has made it harder for me to sell Ghana as an investment and trade destination”.

But the Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram Hon. Samuel Narty George said, “Ghana still stands by its decision” speaking at the 5th Trans lantic summit held in United Nations.
