Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen aka Alan Cash, a former Minister for Trade and Industry and New Patriotic Party presidential hopeful says he will sign against the bill LGBTQI+ when elected as president of Ghana.

Speaking to the host of Plan B FM morning Show NKOSUONSEM Nana Abrompa, the director of communications of Alan for President 2024 and beyond, Mr. Buabeng Asamoah explained that Ghana as a sovereign nation has its norms, customs, and tradition and anything that goes contrary will not be accepted and will not allow this to happen if he becomes the president of Ghana.

The presidential aspiring hopeful in his tour in the Western Region believes that the region is well endowed to have secured the nation’s $ 3 billion IMF bailout if the natural resources are well managed.

Mr Buabeng Asamoah said Alan Kyeremanten has a great transformational Plan,  if given the nod to become president, his term will would focus on ten thematic areas  to develop Ghana.

He also laid bare his vision for the Western Region, which included domesticating the gold industry for the needed impact by making sure all the gold mined in the region will be refined without exporting them raw to create employment for the indigenes.

He continued that Mr. Alan Kyerematen has plans to refine all the crude oil in the country so we can get all other by-products to help in the other sectors to make the economy stable for the betterment of all.

Mr. Asamoah stressed that Alan Kyeremanten when voted into power will take a bold decision to build a new Oil refinery for the crude oil being produced in the country.

He believes that the state of Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) is beyond repairs and a new refinery will save the situation.

He said the presidential aspiring hopeful also believes in industrialization and if it is considered as such there will be no need to lean on IMF for a bailout “Alan Kyeremanten will vamp the industrial sector to boost the economy and have plans for a ready market that’s why he arranged and brought in the Africa Continental Free Trade Area as a trade minister then”.
