The New Patriotic Party (NPP) leadership has resolved to conduct fresh elections in the Akwatia Constituency to elect new party leadership.
It could be remembered that old Executives of the Akwatia Constituency were sworn into office because there were no internal elections in the constituency.
In a memo sighted by Plan B FM , the party’s leadership at the National level has tasked the regional Executive Committee to liaise with all stakeholders to provide timelines for election of Polling station executives, Electoral Area Cordinators and Constituency Executives for Akwatia Constituency.
